MLS statistics are currently showing a low inventory of single family homes for sale in Fairfield County, Connecticut when compared to previous years. The number of home sales have significantly increased in 2020 along with average home sale prices increasing as well. In 2021 we expect to see more of a demand as families relocate out of NYC along with many residents either down-sizing or up-sizing in their primary residence.
