Uptick in Average Home Sale Prices in Lower Fairfield County, Ct. 2014.
Lower Fairfield County, Connecticut has seen an increase of average home sale prices in the first nine months of 2014. Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Norwalk, New Canaan and Wilton have all seen home prices increase when compared Year-to-Date with 2013 average home sale prices.
For the same towns YTD from 2014 to 2013 there has been a drop of units sold across the board ranging from 6% to 15%.
For single family homes the average price sold ranges from the mid $500,000 in Norwalk all the way up to $2.7 million for Greenwich.
